Returns Policy

If you purchase through decagonproductdesign.com or one of our official storefronts (Amazon, eBay, or Etsy), you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• All tags must be intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund or exchange.
